Asus Direct Console Windows 7
Oct 25, 2009 Then reinstall the Direct Console 2.09 version for Windows 7 32/64bit, do a search on the Asus support driver for 'direct cosole' you'll find the link. Aug 02, 2009 Hey all, I have a ASUS G50 that features Direct Console 2.0. I was wondering if direct console actually overclocks the processor or just the CPU to run at.
I have explored the driver CD that came with my computer and installed most of the drivers (some refused to install because I am running Windows 7 Professional (not RC)). The only thing that still does not work for me under Windows 7 is my Fn Keys. My Fn keys to adjust the brightness of the screen work but those.

The only thing that still does not work for me under Windows 7 is my Fn Keys. My Fn keys to adjust the brightness of the screen work but those are the only two, my touch buttons also don't work but I figured those would be tied in with the Fn keys. Has anyone else gotten this to work? Or can someone suggest something to try besides waiting for Asus to finally release any drivers at all for Windows 7?
Also, I had Direct Console working for the longest time, as well as the OLED screen, but as I was messing around trying to get the Fn keys to work Direct Console has stopped working along with the OLED screen. It will still turn on it just does not display anything besides the republic of gamers tag and logo. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Direct Console but no dice. If anyone could help me with this that would be great! Thank You Very Much!
Update: Ok I went through the driver CD and reinstalled anything that let me, which was basically everything except a few Asus programs such as Data Secure, Multi Frame, and SmartLogon, programs like that. I got Direct Console to work again, and my OLED screen is back up and running perfectly so I am happy about that. I am still having the problem with the Fn buttons, and the touch buttons however. The only two Fn buttons that work are to change brightness up and down, everything else does not work. My touch buttons now flicker when pressed but that's all, no programs open, no touchpad disabled, non of the functions they do work, they just flash when pressed now.
Any more help? Again thank you to the two who posted already and helped!
Best Answer: hey, i had the same problem, i found this forum that will give you everything you need: the first two links are the ones you want. Sid retail pro sp3 keygen idm free. You'll need to download winRAR to extract the files or another progream to extract it. And then you'll get a folder with all the things you need. ALSO, scroll down to the next comment in the forum the guy tells you the specific order its recomended to be downloaded in. I hoped that'll get you what you need, it helped me alot.
Oh and btw how did you get direct console to work? Hey, what your missing is the ATK drivers, and the KBfilter. On the forum the guy made a file that conatins all of the drivers, add-ons and so on, like the bluetooth driver, splendid utility, and others.
Ill put the link below but the thing is you'll need to download two seperate files and extract them to eachother to get the fold. You might need winRAR for this. Or another extracting program. ALSO, It is usually recommended that you follow the following order when installing the ASUS ATK drivers: 1- INF UPDATE Intel chipset driver 2- ATK ACPI Driver Utility 3- ATK Generic Function Service 4- Keyboard Device Filter Utility 5- ATK Hotkey Utility 6- ATK OSD2 7- ATK Media Utility. • Tell us some more • Upload in Progress • Upload failed.
